Team Graditude

Graditude started a a passion project by 3 classmates fresh out of graduate school.

Finding a job in the middle of a pandemic was no mean feat. It took each of us months, multiple rejections and several rounds of interviews before securing our jobs. We counted our blessings for every bit of support received during such trying times and very soon came to realise that every little bit of advice and nudge in the right direction could go a long way in alleviating the stress of transitioning from education to employment.

The three of us met in school and worked closely together as part of the Big Data Club. We had the amazing opportunity to connect with young professionals while organising events for the club and it was through such events where we realised that, while there are a lot of students out there struggling to secure employment, there is equally as many young professionals who are eager to share their experiences and looking to pay it forward, while developing personally and/or professionally as mentor.​

This is why we decided to create a community, free for students, to reach out and seek guidance in their job hunt.
